To preserve auditor independence under ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 19011, a formal Conflict of Interest Policy governs all engagements: AuditVantage does not provide consulting services to organisations audited by the Managing Director, and does not accept audit appointments for organisations it has consulted. The governing principle is set out in the Terms of Service.
